Notification Dot Indicator Not Appearing

I would like to report a possible bug regarding the notification dot indicator. Normally, unread notifications should be marked with a blue dot, but in some cases, the indicator does not appear, making it difficult to distinguish between read and unread notifications. This issue can be reproduced by opening the notifications page and noticing that some unread notifications do not have a blue dot. I hope this indicator can be displayed consistently for all unread notifications. Thank you for your attention and assistance in addressing this issue.
