GitHub Actions (Fork/Star/PR) Not Reflected in Reward Pool Tasks
Issue Summary: Even though my GitHub account is connected and I’ve completed the required actions (fork, star, and PR) on the specified repositories, the event page doesn’t update the task status. The check marks stay inactive, so it looks like I haven’t done anything, even though my GitHub profile clearly shows the activity.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Connect GitHub account to ArcBlock Community.
- Fork and star the repositories listed in the event (e.g.,
aigne-framework,aigne-hub,aigne-doc-smith). - Refresh the event task page.
- Notice that the tasks are still unchecked.
Expected Behavior: Once the GitHub actions (fork, star, PR) are completed, the event page should sync with GitHub and show the tasks as completed (green check mark).
Actual Behavior: The page stays in “Under Review” state and tasks remain unchecked, even after:
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and logging back in
- Disconnecting and reconnecting my GitHub account
Impact:
- Users may miss rewards even though they’ve completed all actions.
- Creates confusion and lowers trust in the reward system.
- Some users may give up participating because their contributions aren’t recognized.
Notes for Devs:
- My GitHub profile activity confirms the fork/star/PR were done.
- Seems like a delay or failure in the GitHub → ArcBlock sync process.
- Maybe the system is not polling GitHub events properly or the OAuth scope is too limited to detect actions.
