"Expired Link" Message Fails to Translate When Japanese Language is Selected

When the user's interface language is set to Japanese (日本語), the static text elements (like navigation items) appear correctly in Japanese. However, the critical error message displayed when a secure link, such as a checkout URL, is expired or finalized ("Expired Link / This link has expired...") remains in English.
