Bridge Transfer stuck, error messages

On September 28th I initiated a bridge transfer through the Chrome wallet extension. It was confirmed on Ethereum network, but when going to claim on arcblock mainnet it shows two different error messages at different times. Have tried every few days since then, with the same messages.

One of these is "Chain status error, please retry" and the other says "suspicious node exists please try again later".

z1croUysBVjGHD7KtHqZyhxKrCrSB2Z1Daa A few more details are required to help address this issue:

  • Is your transfer a deposit or a withdraw?
    • If it's a deposit, can you provide the erc20 abt lock tx hash?
    • If it's a withdraw, can you provide the native ABT lock tx hash?
  • What's the version of your DID Wallet?

A deposit, from ethereum main to arcblock main.

Locked tx hash (etherscan): 0x4a474c40f14d48f1e5ccba2ae379c574d29e1037e9a110ee5119a69efead49ca

I have another question that needs your help:

  • I saw that you deposit many transactions, are they all using extension? And if so, is that the only mistake?
  • Now retry is always two errors?

Not all were from the extension no, most were from the android wallet. So far this transaction was the only one that had any hiccups. Just retried (claiming on arcblock main), and it gave "chain status error, please retry". Other times when I've retried it'll be the other message which is along the lines of "claiming failed suspicious node exists try again later", but never both at once.
