NFT & Payment Kit configuration issue

I'm assuming this issue is actually connected to my other two recent posts, but I thought to make another one for it specifically just in case!

The first image shows my Oblivion App, and how the NFT Mint Configuration should appear:

And this is how the NFT Minting Configuration appears on my other application:

On the second application, I'm also unable to pair the Stripe checkout option to the NFT, which I know should be possible, as I've done it before in the past.

I'm thinking whatever the issue is, it must also be the cause for the other posts I made, which can found below to keep all things in context!

Not sure if this is even a bug, so suggest whatever you think may work, and assume we have not tried it yet! Mainly just looking for guidance on how I can get these problems resolved! Thanks as always.
