Discussion List "Latest" Sort Not Working Properly

The "Latest" sorting option in the discussion view (likely in the ArcBlock Community or a specific Blocklet discussion feature) does not sort discussions correctly. Items are not consistently ordered by the most recent activity or creation time, causing older discussions to sometimes appear at the top.
