I keep getting this Unexpected response format from AI. Sometimes my test goes to second question, other times it won't. Any ideas what im doing wrong?

@Yechao Li hello friend. I see you assigned to this post. Just wondering if you have any insight on what I can tweak to get this right. I’ve tried a few different times but not able to make it happen. arw you seeing anything on your end.
