Are smart contracts possible on main net?
Hello, are smart contracts possible on main net? If so, in which language and why isn't this more prominently marketed?
This could bring ArcBlock into comparing with EVM based block chain (like Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Stellar, etc.)

The ABT Network supports smart contracts, however, it deviates significantly from the widely popular Ethereum EVM based approach. Our design does NOT support Turing complete programming, instead, our smart contracts are descriptive, mirroring real-world contracts.
The ABT Network's approach to smart contracts focuses on creating a more user-friendly and secure environment for executing transactions. While Ethereum's EVM allows for Turing complete programming, which can lead to complex and potentially risky code, the ABT Network's smart contracts are designed to be more straightforward and intuitive. By mirroring real-world contracts, users can easily understand and interact with the smart contracts on the ABT Network, reducing the likelihood of errors or vulnerabilities. This approach also allows for greater transparency and accountability in transactions, as the terms and conditions of the contracts are clearly defined and enforced. Overall, the ABT Network's unique approach to smart contracts offers a more practical and efficient solution for decentralized applications
ABT Network's smart contract is essentially a unique type of descrptive payload embedded within Verifiable Credentials. Since ABT Network is designed for billing and operational support, our smart contracts are primarily utilized for managing revenue sharing and distribution among multiple parties.
Our perspective on smart contracts differs significantly from the majority of other blockchain platforms' EVM approaches. We have chosen not to engage in the ongoing debate regarding the nature of smart contracts, opting instead to maintain a low profile on this matter.
that’s cool👌
super cool😎
Thanks for the extensive explanation 👍 💪
