Missing Bulk Management Options (Select All / Delete All) in Arcprompts List

The Arcprompts management screen currently lacks essential bulk management features, specifically an option to "Select All" and a direct action to "Delete All" prompts. Users managing a large number of stored prompts must manually select and delete prompts one by one, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
