Guide Tab section

Could we implement a guide tag (team access to mark) and section tab at the top of community for easy access to all tutorials similar to “featured” function but solely for guides that the community would find useful as this would make it a lot simpler for new users to find and encourage onboarding to the Arcblock ecosystem.
