DID Spaces not backing up correctly

I recently tried backing up two apps to a single DID Spaces, but it did not work properly. I'm using the same DID Spaces for both apps, and have not had issues in the past, until more recently.

Thanks in advance for your help! Just let me know if you need any logs or stuff!?

Hi, this issue should be resolved now, please let us know if your blocklet backs up as expected.

Thanks for your help! I just tried backing it up again, and for a little bit it looked like it was working correctly, but then it started counting backwards🤣 I took a video of it to show exactly what I mean.

It then didn't seem to be making anymore progress, so I tried it cancel the backup, and it reads as a "failed" attempt. I'm not sure it shows failed because I canceled it, or it was a true failed attempt.

I sped up the process in the video, but as you'll see, the back-up gets to 25% and then goes back to 20% and remains there. I let it run for many minutes afterwards, and it never passed 20% again.

Hi, you can abort the stuck backup and start over, besides you can enable auto backup with the toggle next to "Connect to DID Spaces"

Okay sounds good! I'll turn on Auto Backup, and see how that works out! 👍

On a side note, I went forward to check out my DID: Spaces, and noticed the notifications not loading properly also, not sure if it is bug, so I thought bring it to your attention just in case!

Update: I turned on Auto Backup as suggested, which started a whole new process. I let it do its thing, but this one ultimately failed too🤔
