Oblivion Domain Expired and stopped unexpectedly after re-subscribing

I reported the other day that my Oblivion Domain was not working, and the ArcBlock team helped me realize I just hadn’t paid my subscription🤣

But this time around, I’m not sure what happened. I was just going to the https://oblivion.did.life/en app and it seems to have expired once again, even though I did just pay the subscription for another year.

Am I needing to pay a past due fee?🤔

Hello, on May 11, 2025, your subscription expired, and a bill for the 2025 - 2026 period was generated. The payment for this bill failed at that time. Subsequently, you should have chosen to switch the payment method to ABT. However, switching the payment method will only affect subsequent charging bills. You need to complete the payment for the USD bill generated on May 11.

Thanks for your help! I thought I had it set up to “charge automatically,“ so I’m not sure why it deactivated🤔

However, the weird thing is that now the Domain is working and appears to be active?😅 https://oblivion.did.life/en

The App shows “running” in my wallet now too!

If I’m needing to make a payment for a failed transaction, I’m not sure where to go in did domains to find it exactly, or how to resubmit the payment to stop this issue from happening again?

The domain name can be accessed normally and is in an active state now.

This is because I initiated an attempted automatic deduction by Stripe, so the current status has been temporarily updated to available.

It is an automatic deduction, but the new USD bill shows that it has been rejected（card_declined） for unknown reasons. We need to investigate. You can check if your Visa card is normal. You can first confirm whether the following information is accurate:

I was just thinking about it, and I got a new card recently, so I’m certain it failed because that card is no longer active!🤦‍♂️ So that’s my fault again🤣 Thanks again for all your help!
