I feel that the "under review" process for this bug bounty is taking much longer than usual. Normally, it only takes one day, but this time it has been almost three days and is still under review. Is there a specific issue causing this delay?

No, this is completely normal. The review process takes anywhere between 2-5 days, and can take even longer. The team assess it manually
