User Experience Seems Complex On DID Wallet

Yesterday I was stuck in finding how to bridge from ArcBlock network to Ethereum network and man it wasn’t funny.

I ransacked YouTube asking for help but there seem to be little information to help, so I spent hours trying out different things, I even went as far as messaging Robert Mao on his X account till I finally got it to work. This only happened because I was crypto inclined but a newbie would freak out or lose it and this is bad for the project.

I suggest more tutorials should be made to enable newbies navigate the ecosystem to avoid users entering the ArcBlock onboarding funnel and fall out before seeing it all through.

Another thing is that it takes a really long time to bridge for the lower fees as mine went on for up to 3 hours before the node was finalized and for the fast priority fee the fee was quite much for also a long but shorter timeframe of 60 minutes.

This is my 2 cent of using the DID wallet and I would say it isn’t user friendly for newbies and this should be looked into or tutorials should be made on how to navigate the wallet as the last tutorial I saw was over 5 years old.
