"Create" Button Remains Active/Enabled with Invalid/Incomplete URL Input

When attempting to crawl knowledge from a URL, the "Create" button at the bottom of the modal remains enabled and clickable even when the URL input field contains an invalid or incomplete entry (such as a single letter "a" or "o," as shown in the full image). This allows the user to initiate a process that is guaranteed to fail, wasting time and resources.
