恳请 ArcBlock 推进去中心化治理与合规透明度建设
尊敬的 ArcBlock 创始人及团队：
您好！
作为长期关注 ArcBlock 和 ABT 生态的社区成员，我非常认可 ArcBlock 在 DID、Blocklet、ABT Node、Agent 基础设施等方向上的技术积累，也相信 ArcBlock 有潜力成为 Web3 与 AI Agent 时代的重要基础设施之一。
但在美国 CLARITY Act 等加密监管框架逐步清晰的背景下，社区也越来越关注一个关键问题：
ArcBlock 是否能够被认定为一个足够去中心化、无单一实体控制的成熟区块链系统？
目前来看，ArcBlock 在技术愿景上具备去中心化属性，但在外部可见层面，仍存在一些容易被市场和监管误解的问题。我们恳请团队重视并逐步解决这些问题。
首先，ABT 的代币分布与主要钱包归属需要更高透明度。 目前外部数据看起来 ABT 持仓较为集中，社区很难判断哪些地址属于团队、基金会、生态基金、交易所、做市方或长期锁仓地址。即使团队并没有出售或操控市场，但如果缺乏公开说明，市场仍会按最保守的方式定价。建议团队公布主要钱包分类、用途、锁仓安排、解锁节奏以及是否参与治理投票。
其次，协议升级权和关键系统控制权需要更加明确。 去中心化不仅是代码开源，也包括谁能升级协议、谁能修改关键参数、谁能决定节点规则、谁能影响 DID、Blocklet、ABT Node 等核心基础设施的运行。建议团队公开当前升级机制，并逐步引入多签、时间锁、社区治理或独立技术委员会，避免外界认为 ArcBlock 仍由单一主体控制。
第三，链上治理需要从“功能存在”走向“真实有效”。 如果 ABT 持有人、节点、开发者和社区无法真正参与重大决策，那么治理功能很难成为去中心化证明。建议团队建立公开治理论坛、提案机制、投票记录、团队投票权限制，以及社区提案执行机制，让 ArcBlock 的治理更透明、更可验证。
第四，生态资金和资源分配需要减少官方单点决策。 如果生态基金、开发者补贴、市场激励、Blocklet 上架、战略合作都主要由官方决定，外界仍会认为生态依赖团队推动。建议建立独立基金会、DAO 财库或社区拨款委员会，让生态资金由更多独立参与者共同治理。
第五，节点、服务商和第三方开发者生态需要更强公开证明。 ArcBlock 要证明自己不是单一公司项目，需要展示有多少独立节点、独立开发者、独立企业客户、非官方应用和外部服务商正在使用和建设生态。建议团队定期发布生态透明度报告，包括节点数量、节点分布、第三方应用数量、开发者活跃度、Blocklet 使用数据、ABT 实际消耗场景等。
第六，需要降低市场对官方团队努力的过度依赖。 如果 ABT 的价值预期主要来自“团队未来会做什么”，那么在监管视角下仍可能被认为投资者依赖发行方努力获利。ArcBlock 需要让市场看到：即使官方不持续主导，网络、工具、节点、DID、Blocklet 和生态仍能由社区与第三方独立运行和增长。
我们并不是希望团队简单空投或销毁代币。相比这些短期动作，更重要的是建立一套长期、透明、可信的去中心化路线图：
- 公开主要钱包归属和锁仓安排；
- 公布协议升级权和多签治理结构；
- 建立真实链上治理与社区提案机制；
- 推动生态基金 DAO 化或独立化；
- 定期发布节点、开发者、生态和财库透明度报告；
- 降低团队在治理、资金、升级和市场中的单点影响力；
- 邀请第三方法律、审计或合规机构出具去中心化评估报告。
如果 ArcBlock 能主动完成这些工作，将极大提升社区信心，也有助于 ABT 在未来美国加密监管清晰化过程中获得更好的合规叙事和市场定价。
我们真诚希望 ArcBlock 不只是技术上优秀，也能在治理透明度、生态开放度和去中心化证明方面成为行业标杆。
恳请团队认真考虑社区的这些建议。 我们期待看到一个更加开放、透明、去中心化，也更具长期竞争力的 ArcBlock。

Totally agree. No doubt the gran has the technical ability but Arcblock needs to shows the serious institution side of it too.

I've never gotten the feeling that Arcblock, the company, wanted to be decentralized in the manners that you speak about. Seems more like a centralized company i.e. small group makes decisions, that offers products for others to work and build in a decentralized manner i.e. blocklets and blocklet stores.
The fact that ArcBlock has been guided by a small core team in its early stages does not mean that it has no intention of becoming decentralized.
Infrastructure projects often require a concentrated decision-making structure in their early phases. A core team needs to maintain a unified product vision, technical architecture, and ecosystem standards. Without that, the project can easily become a fragmented, inefficient community experiment that struggles to deliver real products.
More importantly, ArcBlock’s primary goal in decentralization may not be to turn the company itself into a DAO from day one. Instead, the focus is on building and opening the underlying infrastructure: decentralized identity (DID), Blocklets, the Blocklet Store, AIGNE, user-owned data, and composable application deployment. Once these components mature, developers, users, and AI agents can independently build, operate, and collaborate within the network.
So rather than describing ArcBlock as “a centralized company selling decentralized products,” a more accurate view is that it is using a relatively centralized organizational structure to build the foundation for a decentralized ecosystem.
The real test of whether ArcBlock is committed to decentralization is not whether every decision is currently made by a broad community, but whether the project continues to open-source its technology, lower barriers to entry, expand developer participation, promote ecosystem self-governance, and ultimately transfer value and control from the company to the network itself.
if open-sourcing is an indication of decentralization then it would seem that by having just open sourced the blocklet server and store that ArcBlock is more committed than ever to it.
Do you think every official ArcBlock blocklet should be open sourced, and if so how much more value do you think that brings to the network, being that you can already use all of them for free?
