Chat Functionality Failure ("An Unknown Error Occurred")

The core functionality of the AIGNE Hub Chat (Playground) feature is failing to execute user requests. As shown in the screenshot, after attempting to send a simple "Test" message, the application returns a generic, unhandled error: "An unknown error occurred".
