Image Upload via Link Fails on Feedback Form – "Failure to get remote file"
While using the ArcSphere application on a mobile device, I encountered an issue when trying to upload an image in the Feedback form using the "Import from Link" feature. Initially, I entered a URL from imgbb (e.g., https://ibb.co/0jsDzyYG)), but it failed with the message: "Failure to get remote file." Realizing that the URL was a preview page and not a direct image link, I attempted to correct it by using a proper .jpg image URL from Imgur (https://i.imgur.com/NzdoW8h.jpg). However, the same error persisted. This suggests that the issue is not solely due to invalid link formats but may also involve restrictions on certain image hosting domains, hotlink protection, or a bug in ArcSphere's backend fetch mechanism. Additionally, the application does not inform the user about acceptable link formats or supported domains, which can lead to confusion. This problem prevents users from attaching images to their feedback through links, even when using valid image URLs.

This function is limited by security, so it obtains images through the browser.
There are security restrictions on the browser, which makes it difficult to obtain images, so some site images cannot be obtained.

https://i.imgur.com/NzdoW8h.jpg), which typically allow hotlinking, but the image still fails to load. The main issue is not just the image failing to appear, but also the lack of guidance on what link formats or domains are supported, combined with a vague error message ("Failure to get remote file") that doesn’t help users understand the problem or how to fix it. It would be very helpful if the app provided examples of supported links, listed allowed domains, or offered an option to upload images directly from the device to avoid this limitation.Because images from Uploaders like
