🐞 Description:

When trying to connect a wallet, users are redirected to the β€œCreate or Recover Wallet” screen instead of the β€œDownload DID Wallet” page. This misleads new users who don’t yet have the DID Wallet installed.

πŸͺœ Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click β€œConnect Wallet” in Firefox.
  2. Instead of showing the Download Wallet page, the flow redirects to: > β€œCreate a new wallet” or β€œRecover existing wallet.” >

❌ Actual Result:

  • Redirects to create/recover screen.
  • No visible β€œDownload DID Wallet” option.

βœ… Expected Result:

  • Users without an existing wallet should be redirected to a DID Wallet download page first.

⚠️ Impact:

  • New users can’t install the wallet correctly.
  • Creates confusion between wallet setup and connection.

  1. Open ArcBlock Marketplace on Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click β€œConnect Wallet.”
  3. Observe that no feedback or warning is displayed.

❌ Actual Result:

  • No message or popup shown.
  • Users left confused as wallet does not connect or respond.

  • A clear message should appear such as: > ⚠️ β€œDID Wallet is not supported on Mozilla Firefox. Please use Chrome or the DID Wallet app.” >

For Firefox, we support using Web DID Wallet

After Create A Wallet or Recover Your Wallet , you can finish login as normal
