Is there a "save to draft button" in discussion/blog area?

The new "my draft" tool in the discussion kit is awesome. Thank you!

I'm a little unsure how to save to drafts though.

Please consider adding a save to draft button, if there is not already something like this that I'm missing.

When I push the back arrow next to draft, a box pops up confirming that I'm leaving the page without saving my work. This makes me think that there is not a draft being saved.

The situation seems similar in the blog area.
