Bug Report: Optional Tasks Not Loading

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to complete the optional tasks. The section doesn’t load and shows the message: “Failed to load the optional tasks,” even after I refreshed the page multiple times. Could you please check if this is a system bug? Thank you!
