New Feature - reward pools: Bug Bounty reward discussion

For the Bug Bounty reward discussion Reward pool it would probably be a good idea we put it in feature so users can find it faster

I had to scroll through a few users posts to find it in the first place, can we also implement a feature that puts the reward pool claiming discussion At the top of the page for the users? (Alongside with featuring the discussion)

we could also implement an email notification for all contributing users
