Issue Connecting Third-Party Account and OAuth "403 Forbidden" Error

I encountered a technical issue while attempting to link a third-party account on the ArcBlock Community platform. When redeeming a gift card, the message "Failed. Please bind the third-party account first." appeared. When trying to connect my Google account through Settings → Connected Accounts, the OAuth process failed with the message "403 Forbidden" from the nginx server.
