Blocklet Help - Data Governance Rules Engine

Hey ArcBlockians, I am looking to build a REaaS offering (Rules Engine as a Service) that's embedded in an NIL app (name, image, likeness) which will also have tokenization of RWAs (via the NFT marketplace) with a host of APIs pulling in your social media data from various sources. We want to make this a bigtime Web3 Creator Economy app for student athletes and musicians / artists; but we want to have some out-of-the-box data governance rules (blocklets) that both allow the user to define the use terms for their NIL data, and also have basic data privacy laws / statues built in (first right of refusal, opt out). Is there anyone out there who has built these kind of data handling rules / blocklets for use in an app, and works seamlessly with their DIDs? I'm looking for examples (and resources to help me build it out, if you're available..). Thanks!
